Thank you for your interest in participating in MadeWithLove. Before you proceed to purchase ticket(s), we strongly recommend that you go through the following terms and conditions:

 

MadeWithLove is a wellness event organised by Deftmanship and by purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you, the attendee(s) are of the required age or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The required age for attending MadeWithLove is 18 years of age.

 

By opting to purchase ticket(s) for MadeWithLove, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.

 

You must ensure that the details provided by you upon ticket purchase or at any time are correct and complete.

 

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided during ticket purchase by updating your personal details to ensure we can communicate with you effectively.

 

Note that MadeWithLove reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add and remove sections from this set of terms and conditions without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on our website.

 

The price of our ticket is 250chf for a day retreat. This figure is non-negotiable as the ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access our day retreat on its scheduled date.

 

The license includes the revocable right to attending MadeWithLove. This license can be revoked at any time with prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry to our event.

 

Note that you assume full responsibility of the MadeWithLove ticket(s) that you purchase once it is claimed. MadeWithLove has no liabilities, financial, legal, or otherwise in case your claimed ticket(s) is lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.

 

Deftmanship official website is the sole authorised source for purchasing MadeWithLove tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. Deftmanship has the right to dishonour such ticket(s) and declare them “void”.

 

Issued and claimed tickets are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).

MadeWithLove has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of its ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of Deftmanship will be deemed final.

 

MadeWithLove will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as it starts on the 4th of September. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.

 

If MadeWithLove is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Deftmanship has the sole and absolute right to reschedule the event, issue a partial or full refund.

 

However, should the Swiss authority not allow such event as MadeWithLove to take place due to Covid-19 or any other reason as such. You will be entitled to a full refund if you decide not to partake in the rescheduled event or its alternative.

 

Be aware that if MadeWithLove be cancelled due to any other factors or causes not in Deftmanship control; an offer for a partial or full refund will be considered, MadeWithLove may be postpone, or provide a comparable option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to bad weather, acts of terrorism or other events which cannot be reasonably mitigated against and the like.

 

Should the decision be that MadeWithLove has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include the face value of the ticket(s). Note that you cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

 

Kindly note that all ticket sales are deemed as final transactions. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.

By purchasing MadeWithLove tickets you give your consent that Deftmanship can collect certain information about yourself. For instance; your name and review statements to help provide better services for future events.
